The Serve & Celebration Newberg Carnival planning team would like to thank you once again for your support and participation in the carnival.   We have seen many people blessed through this event and ministry and we are grateful for the "fruit" over the years.   Even in the rain and various kinds of weather, we saw people come and people serve, and have witnessed over and over again the beauty of people caring for each other in ways we hope will continue throughout the city and region.   

We believe the continuing of this service to each other needs to be developed and fostered among us in various ways and not be limited to a one-time event each year.   So we are exploring possibilities of how to do this and ways in which we can continue to serve and celebrate our community in the love and name of Jesus Christ.    

After much prayer and consideration, we believe the best use of resource and energy is to continue these efforts in a more on-going way rather than hosting a one-time event every year.   So there will be no Carnival this year.   We encouraged you to consider getting involved in ways that will bless the city and region, and we thank you once again for the great years together!
